If you noticed that you made an error in transfer details or there is another reason to cancel your payment after it was already sent to the beneficiary (after 1 working day), you have 2 options to cancel it:

  1. If you know the person/company you made the transfer to, it is suggested to contact them personally with a request to make the transfer back to you;
  2. If you cannot contact the beneficiary, you should in 10 working days to write us a signed message in your Personal area with the payment details:
